Quick and Easy crochet snowflake – just 1 round! Free crochet pattern

Hello all, as I mentioned in previous post, there is a new set of crochet patterns is available on my Etsy site, here.

Please find below the crochet pattern for the easiest crochet snowflake (which is displayed on the photo).

You will need a little amount of crochet thread (size 10) and an appropriate crochet hook. Also, I truly recommend to starch and block the snowflake after completing crocheting.

Let’s start crocheting!

ch 6, 2dtr-cluster in the first loop (= first 3dtr-cluster),
{*ch 7, sl st in the top of cluster just made, ch 5, sl st in the 4th loop from the hook, ch 1, 4hdc-cluster in the loop before the sl st, ch 10, sl st in the 4th loop from the hook, ch 7, sl st in the top of the cluster just made, ch 5, sl st in the 4th loop from the hook, ch 1, 4hdc-cluster in the loop before the sl st,* 3dtr-cluster in the very first loop} x 5 times,

repeat from * to * once again,
sl st in the top of the first cluster. Fasten off. When you’re blocking this snowflake, please pin the legs of the largest picot with a small indent between them.

And I want to remind that the ad-free and print friendly copy of this pattern (including other 4 patterns) can be found here. There are written instructions and diagrams for all 5 snowflakes in the set (including this one, described here).

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you.
