Skill level: easy
For that snowflake you’ll need about 35 m of Starleta yarn and steel crochet hook #2.75. The finished snowflake is about 3.9’’ /10 cm in diameter (after blocking).

Stitch guide (US terms):
ch = chain
dc = double crochet
sc = single crochet
fpdc = front post double crochet
beginning fpdc = sl st from front to back to front again around the indicated st, ch 3
sl st = slip stitch
4dc-popcorn = make 4 dc in the indicated st, drop the loop from the hook, insert hook in the first dc of this group, pull up the working loop
beginning 4dc-popcorn = ch 3 (= first dc), 3 dc in the same st, drop the loop from the hook, insert hook in the top of the first dc, pull up the working loop
4bphdc-cluster (puff stitch) = [yo, insert hook from back to front to back again around the indicated st, yo and pull up the loop] x 4 times, yo and draw through 8 loops on the hook, yo and draw through 2 loops on the hook
beginning 4bphdc-cluster = sl st from back to front to back again around the indicated st, ch 2, [yo, insert hook from back to front to back again around the indicated st, yo and pull up the loop] x 3 times, yo and draw through 6 loops on the hook, yo and draw through 2 loops on the hook
tr = treble crochet
picot = ch 3, sl st in the top of the last made st

Rnd 0

ch 6, sl st in first ch to form a ring.

Rnd 1

ch 1, 12 sc in the ring, sl st in first sc.

Rnd 2

beginning 4dc-popcorn in the same st,
{*(dc, ch 3, dc) in next st, *4dc-popcorn in the next st} x 5 times,
repeat * * once again, sl st in the first popcorn.

Rnd 3

beginning fpdc around the same popcorn,
{*5 dc in the next space, *fpdc around the next popcorn} x 5 times,
repeat * * once again, sl st in the first fpdc.

Rnd 4

beginning 4bphdc-cluster around the same st,
{*[ch 3, skip next st, 4bphdc-cluster around the nex st] x 2 times. ch 3, skip the next st,* 4bphdc-cluster around the next st} x 5 times,
repeat * * once again, sl st in the top of the first cluster.

Rnd 5

sl st in the next space, ch 4 (= first tr), 2 tr in the same space, 3 dc in the same space,
{*sc in the next space, 3 dc in the next space, 3 tr in the same space, picot, *3 tr in the next space, 3 dc in the same space} x 5 times,
repeat * * once again, sl st in the first tr. Finish off.
